Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ShelfToShop (the "Service"). By creating an account, placing an order, or selling on the marketplace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Orders are fulfilled directly by the vendor listed on the product. Shipping times, packaging, and policies are set by each vendor and shown at checkout.
• Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe. We may authorize, capture, refund, or void payments to operate the Service.
• Refunds and returns are governed by the vendor's published return policy. Contact the vendor first; we will help mediate if needed.

• Vendors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of ShelfToShop. You are responsible for the legality, quality, and shipment of your products.
• ShelfToShop charges a flat subscription fee for vendor accounts and does not take a commission on order revenue. Stripe processing fees are separate and are deducted by Stripe at payout.
• You agree to ship orders promptly, respond to customer messages, and honor your published return policy.
• We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, our content policies, or applicable law.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: violating any law, infringing intellectual property, listing prohibited or counterfeit goods, scraping or interfering with the Service, or attempting to gain unauthorized access.

Vendors retain ownership of their content (product photos, descriptions, brand assets) and grant ShelfToShop a license to display and promote them on the Service. The ShelfToShop name, logo, and platform are owned by us and may not be used without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ShelfToShop does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific sales results, or the accuracy of vendor listings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShelfToShop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
