ShelfToShop ("we", "us", "our") operates an online marketplace that connects shoppers with independent vendors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information — name, email, password hash, and (for vendors) business details you submit during signup or onboarding.
• Order information — shipping address, contact details, and the contents of orders you place. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Usage information — pages visited, basic device and browser data, and aggregated analytics that help us improve the marketplace.

• Provide and operate the marketplace and your account.
• Process orders, payouts, refunds, and customer support.
• Communicate with you about orders, vendor activity, and important updates to the service.
• Improve the product and protect against fraud and abuse.

When you place an order, the vendor fulfilling that order receives the information they need to ship it (your name, shipping address, items, and contact details). Vendors may use this information only to fulfill the order and provide customer service related to it.

We use trusted third parties to run the service, including Stripe for payments and payouts, our cloud hosting provider for infrastructure, and email providers for transactional messages. Each provider only receives the information they need.

• You can update or delete your account information from your account settings.
• You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at hello@shelftoshop.com.

ShelfToShop is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
